  SHIPPING & RETURNS
  Shipping: 

All items will be shipped out via USPS 3-7 day First Class mail. Our product prices are inclusive of shipping charges for within USA only, unless otherwise mentioned. All international items will be shipped via US Postal Service starting at $12 (inquiry). We pride ourselves on getting items to our customers and unless otherwise informed your product will be at your door within 5-7 business days of the time of purchase. 

Returns and Cancellations: 

Returns are accepted if the item is defective. We will return your money including S/H in the case that you return a defective item that we are no longer able to replace with an identical item or one similar in price and specifications.

In extreme cases we will also allow returns for a refund - a 15% restocking fee. 

Any order cancellations will be charged a 5% order cancellation fee. The only exception to this rule is when delivery on your item is not attempted within the 5 business day order processing period.
